WHAT EXACTLY ARE THE AWARENESS GAMES?
Awareness Games are playful ways of incorporating nervous system regulation, awareness of thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, in a way that massively expands your awareness of self, others, and life. It's the most playful version of “doing the work.”
WHAT PARADIGMS AND IDEOLOGIES IS TAG BASED ON?
Behind all spiritual traditions, frameworks, and philosophies, there is a universal gravitation towards clarifying truth, feeling love, knowing peace, and embodying power. To this end, TAG combines the mechanism of awareness, the science of nervous system rewiring, breath, and playful reflection.
WHAT IF PLAY FEELS SCARY
You're not alone. We face our fear of love to feel love, our fear of play to become playful. If you are aware of any fear at all, you're already on the path of awareness. Let's play with it!
HOW LONG DOES EACH GAME TAKE?
You can read the email or watch to the video in 5-10 minutes. You'll spend the week playing the game in the background of your life, and then spend 5-10 minutes at the end of the week checking in to see what you are aware of.

CAN I PLAY THE GAME WITH ANOTHER PERSON?
Yes! Send this link to a friend so they can register, or you can play with the gamemaker (Shua) and receive a more personalized version of each game, plus space to sit with whatever is arising for you. Playing with others is nervous system rewiring at its finest.
